Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, this resort lies in Castries, right by the sea.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the resort provides various services and facilities, including a currency exchange service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a conference room and a lounge. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Services include a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a telephone, a television with cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge). Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products.

Sport

There are 3 freshwater and saltwater pools. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, volleyball and golf are available. With water skiing, windsurfing, paddle boating, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and billiards. The resort offers an entertainment programme for adults.

Meals

Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (non-smoking and à la carte). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. The resort also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    We have just returned from our ten day stay at Halcyon Beach and can’t get over the unforgettable experience we have had! We stayed at a walk-out/swim-up room near the lagoon and we have been very impressed with the resort overall (the gardens are stunning!!) and most of all the friendly service we have received from all staff. I have been quite poorly this year and rely on a wheelchair to get around. We were quite hesitant to go on holiday because of my health and mobility issues but we couldn’t have chosen a better location! Halcyon Bay is completely flat, there are no steps at all (other than to get into the pool 😆) and in the restaurants the staff were always happy to move chairs so we could sit at our desired table, despite the faff. And the times we didn’t fancy going to a restaurant we ordered room service. Perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our walk-out/swim-up room next to the lagoon pool. Some might say the bathroom is a little dated but that didn’t bother us. We were really impressed with the level of service we received from the team at the Paradise Pool Bar. Shout out to Danelle and Michaelina for looking after us so well, and to Waynelle for running the evening bar with passion, humor and lots of energy. We appreciate you. I also want to mention Mekela from the Sandals Spa team for the a-ma-zing massage. I must not forget to mention the gardening staff. They worked so hard in all weather and did a superb job: the gardens are maintained to an exceptional standard and look stunning. The gardeners take pride in their work and delighted us with freshly picked mangoes and coconuts. Delicious!! And last but not least… Joshua, the chef. We had such a laugh at his teppanyaki table that we rebooked for a second visit. The food was delicious and the showmanship was super entertaining. Top job! To be fair, the food at every restaurant was simply outstanding, real restaurant feel and quality.The high level of accessibility and exceptional service of Halcyon has made our holiday unforgettable. Best holiday ever. We will definitely be back!!

    Honeymoon Review

    We had such an amazing time and loved the short walk to the beach. It was in between the 2 other resorts with easy access to both the grande and La Toc (15 min each). Taxi and shuttles were safe and great. The atmosphere was very low key, laid back, enough entertainment at night, piano bar at Kelley’s was fun when we went 2 nights in a row. The room was beautiful, we had a private swim up pool, clean room, and notes left on our bed each day. We had a great value for our stay, came with butler service, room service which we used quite often during our stay. It was a great price for everything we received. The noise level was low, allowing us to even take a nap outside on our patio. We enjoyed the relaxing lazy river with just birds chirping in the back. Lastly, I’d like to recognize our 3 butlers, Tylar, Pluta, and Crystal. They were amazing! Making our reservations, walking us to dinner, calling our taxis, to everything in between. Thank you guys so much for making our stay incredible!!!     The location was beautiful. Absolutely perfect for our wedding. The Halcyon staff were excellent, friendly helpful & made or wedding /honeymoon so special . The wedding team were amazing & made it fantastic. We were given a choice of where we could have the ceremony, the food was lovely following the ceremony. Rooms were very good, clean & the fridge/bar kept well stocked. Just perfect !     We loved our stay at the Halcyon! We visited all 3 resorts and it felt the most “home-like”. Service & atmosphere were great. Shout out Sassy Sam!     This Sandals resort has a laid back vibe with beautiful gardens. The lazy river pool is awesome. My best friend and I went to celebrate our 60th birthdays and even though it caters to couples we didn’t ever feel weird. We would have liked a room with two beds which isn’t offered. The staff is top notch. The food was just ok. They should offer more vegetarian options though for dinners.
