Entering, and you are meet by the team with a smile. Placed very well in city-center. Relaxing and nice. Close to everything necessary. Stores and restaurants within 500 meters from the hotel for your convenience. Bus terminals with transportation to a shopping area called Knalleland. Everyone is so welcoming to. The hotel doesn’t look like much from outside but the room was really pretty, minimalist in design but with some nice fashionable touches. Bed was very comfortable and the big bathroom a treat. Breakfast was abundant, was expecting some salmon on the buffet.

Booked a deluxe room, good price nice room for a hotel in the center of Borås town had lovely bathroom and good sized cable tv. Weather outside was down to minus 16 in the night and the floor in our room was literally ice cold in fact when we opened the curtains in the morning they we stuck to the windows with ice, not what is expected in a quality hotel. Other than that the place was good with a good breakfast (maybe it should be a summer hotel) . I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. It doesn't sound very nice to have ice on the windows in the morning. Finally after 18 months without traveling, I could visit my absolute favorite hotel for business trips again. I sees this as my second home with a caring staff doing its outmost for their guests to feel welcome and taken care off. You shine again!!
