Not that fresh
03 Nov 2025
Pubic hair on the edge of the bathtub and dirty towels were reported to the reception, and I was offered a new room but chose to receive new towels instead. However, the pubic hair remained after the change. In the morning, the switch between the showerhead and the bathtub faucet didn’t work, so I had to wash myself in the bathtub instead of taking a shower. Upon checkout, I mentioned this as well and received an apology. There are both better and cleaner hotels to choose from in the area. Quality Hotel The Weaver, Gästservice/reception at Quality Hotel The Weaver, responded to this review That truly sounds like an unacceptable experience, and I am so sorry to hear that you encountered such issues during your stay! Thank you for sharing your feedback. What you describe is absolutely not the standard we want our guests to experience. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort this caused you. Your feedback is incredibly important to us. We take all comments regarding cleanliness and functionality very seriously, and it is through feedback like yours that we can improve. We hope that despite this experience, you will consider giving us another chance in the future. We always strive to offer a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay for all our guests.Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Very bad cleanliness
18 Oct 2025
Extremely Disappointed – Would Not RecommendWe had to change rooms twice due to poor cleaning. The rooms were dirty with a lot of dust, and the entire hallway leading to the rooms was in terrible condition – dirty, with broken glass on the floor and overflowing trash cans without liners. It was obvious that the place hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. Despite this, we were not allowed to check in early because the staff claimed no rooms were ready. The whole stay felt unprofessional and far below expectations. Quality Hotel The Weaver, Gästservice/reception at Quality Hotel The Weaver, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to give us important feedback. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations this time. We will of course use this to improve our cleanliness and service. We hope to see you again in the future. Until then we wish you all the best.

Great hotel with room for improvement in the restaurant
16 Jun 2025
The room was nice with a great view of Gothenburg. The service at the front desk and bar was excellent – friendly and professional. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. However, the breakfast and restaurant experience could use an upgrade. Breakfast was a bit dull with limited and uninspiring options. Dinner service was slow, and the burger was overly salty. I’ve given feedback about this before. It’s hard to be impressed when you have to wait over ten minutes to place an order after signaling that you’re ready – especially in an almost empty restaurant.Still, this is a very good hotel overall, and I’m hopeful the dining experience will improve over time. The rest of the service, especially at reception, was truly great. Quality Hotel The Weaver, Gästservice/reception at Quality Hotel The Weaver, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted you enjoyed your room, the view, and the excellent service from our front desk and bar staff, as well as the hotel's cleanliness and location. We sincerely apologize for the disappointing breakfast and restaurant experience, including the slow dinner service and food quality. We acknowledge your previous feedback on this matter.Your comments are taken seriously and will be addressed immediately to improve our dining offerings.
