Located on the outskirts of the Swedish city of Gothenburg, this welcoming hotel lies within metres of links to the public transport network.

Facility

The hotel has 208 non-smoking rooms and 3 suites. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     I truly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is very pleasant, with large and spacious rooms that feel modern, fresh, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the room was a bit too cold for me during the night. The pillows were quite uncomfortable and really need to be replaced, although the beds were very comfortable.The staff at reception and in the restaurant were exceptionally friendly, professional, and service-minded.The location is excellent. The hotel is just a couple of minutes from the charming center of Mölndal, where you’ll find a shopping center, plenty of restaurants, and lovely cafés. Don’t miss the gem Fiskhallen for lunch or Brogyllen for coffee and pastries. Both are perfect spots to enjoy the outdoor seating area.The station is very close, making it quick and easy to get into central Gothenburg. However, Mölndal itself has everything you need, so you won’t feel like you’re missing out. Visit the park and relax in the spring sunshine, or head out into nature and explore Safjället.I would happily return to this hotel.

    The rooms where quite ok, service inthe front desk was good but terrible service in the restaurant in the evening. We had to abort our visit due to the poor service.Never again.     Basic Experience Falls Short of Competitors’ Value and Loyalty Benefits

    Other hotels in central Gothenburg offer better value for the price (e.g., Radisson, Gothia Tower, Avalon). While the rooms are clean, the bedding and cushions are basic. Breakfast is fine but the selection is more limited than at other hotels, and overall food quality is acceptable—though the juice machine reminds me of my old school canteen. The loyalty program is only worthwhile for redeeming free nights; as a top-tier member, I’ve never been upgraded—an area where competitors perform better. Despite the reception staff always being friendly, I find myself staying at this hotel less and less often.     Terrible. They seem to focus way too much on virtue signaling than real quality for guests. The breakfast was terrible and the rest was also far from great.
