Poor room cleaning, old hair from previous guests and dirt on the floor. The settings on the AC was set to the highest (cold) and couldn’t be changed so I had a very cold night. Otherwise they had a great breakfast.

A really nice hotel with a great location in the center of the city of Gothenburg. The stuff is really friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast is generous and the breakfast area and cafe-bar are really spacious and nice. The rooms are a little small but they have a nice view and they are quiet.

The receptionist was amazing. A blonde, nice girl checked us in. Really service oriented and answered all my questions.The room felt a bit small. There was little place to put our luggage since it took up the space in front of the door.

My clothes were taken from my room

Quite ok hotel, but had very bad experience. My clothes were taken from my room by cleaner. I was able to get them back, but took some time and effort. I will not visit again in this hotel.

Chose this hotel due to its close proximity to Scandinavium stadium. I had booked a standard room for one person. Friendly and helpfull staff, nice breakfast and as promised, just a short stroll to the stadium. Room was small and worn out and the pillows were tiny. Other than that, the sheets were clean and as most of the days were spent outside the hotel and it was only for 2 nights it was not that big of at bother. What is a bit bothering is that the temperature of the room is very difficult to control, and therefore quite warm. The rooms are not very soundproof from the hallway. All in all, the hotel suited me fine for this specific journey, but be aware of the small issues regarding space (do not bring to big of a suitcase!), heating and general presentation of the rooms if you plan on staying longer and maybe using the room itself more.
