Central location, but mainly suited for business travelers
05 Jan 2026
We stayed at this hotel as a couple, and while the location is very central and convenient, the overall experience felt more geared toward business travelers than leisure guests. During the night, there was noticeable noise from a machine or technical installation, which disturbed our sleep. The room was also quite cold, particularly in the evening. After contacting reception, we were given a portable radiator to carry up to the room ourselves, which helped improve the temperature. The staff was responsive, but the noise issues and room comfort could be improved, especially for couples looking for a more relaxing stay.

Best Western Minus Hotel with Security Flaws
15 Dec 2025
HUGE security flaws in my room.Missing latch guard plate to protect from intruders. Loose peephole. I left the TV on when I left the room.I slept with chairs against the wall when I slept. For this inconvenience, I was offered a discount for my next visit. But why would I? Better to stay and feel safe at another hotel or even an AirBnB. Alejandra Soto Parra, Guest Services / Front Office at Best Western Plus Hotel Noble House, responded to this review Dear 119ernier,Thank you for bringing this to our attention, once again. We are very sorry that you felt uncomfortable during your stay, as guest safety and peace of mind are extremely important to us.We want to assure you that the issue with the latch guard and the loose peephole was fixed immediately once it was reported. We are a highly secure hotel with 24-hour surveillance, and access to guest floors is restricted so that guests can only reach the floor on which they are staying. As discussed during your stay, we were unfortunately unable to offer a refund for this visit, but we did offer a discounted rate on a future stay as a gesture of goodwill. We truly regret that this experience affected your impression of our service, and we sincerely apologize that you felt this way.Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us maintain and continuously improve our standards.Kind regards,Pauline, Front Office Manager Hotel Noble House

Nice hotel, great location

A modern and stylish hotel perfectly located in the heart of Malmö’s old town, surrounded by charming streets and plenty of restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable, well-designed, and in excellent condition. Breakfast was delicious and a real highlight. We parked just a block away in a public parking lot, which was very convenient. Alejandra Soto Parra, Guest Services / Front Office at Best Western Plus Hotel Noble House, responded to this review Dear Brazil_8Thank you for your kind words! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel and appreciated the central location, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast. It’s wonderful to know that parking was convenient and that you enjoyed exploring Malmö’s charming old town. Warm welcome back!Best regardsHotel Noble HouseAlejandra

Fine place to stay in Malmo.

Stuffed puppies in the room are a nice touch. Oddly, the in-room safe was not bolted down, so what's the point of having one? Noisy outside the room window with ventilation fans and ducts, no view except onto another roof. Poor air flow in the room and especially the bathroom. Nice to have coffee and some sweet/bakery treats out most of the day. Bathroom lighting is terrible with one flickering light. Breakfast was decent but very crowded. Cozy lobby/lounge area. I would consider staying here again. Christina Norén, Annan at Best Western Plus Hotel Noble House, responded to this review Your business is very important to us and we value your feedback. It helps to improve when our guest tells us about their stay with us. We are so pleased to hear that you enjoy staying with us. Hope to see you with us again, next time you are in Malmö!Best regardsChristina NorénQuality Manager
