Room was small but nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious and various. Location could not be better if you're traveling with train. City center is also near. Sadly the staff have no compassion and won't make any allowance for someone that has developed a major health condition. Even when offering a medical certificate a refund was refused. Partial refund also refused and no opportunity to move the booking to another date for when I might be well enough to go to the hotel. info Receptionen, Guest Services / Front Office at Moment Hotels, responded to this review Hi! Superb hotel

I have just got back from my short stay of 4 days at the moment hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again ??. Location was great , just a stones throw away from central station and buses . Easy to walk around the city and pop back to your room for a quick rest . Supermarket and shops very local . Although I had breakfast included , I didn't actually attend the breakfast as I didn't get up for it . I would generally pop to the supermarket and go back to my room with my own food . Supermarket is closed to be able to do that . I thought the room was perfect for me , bed was super comfortable,very clean , shower / bathroom was very clean and tidy .the hotel itself was very clean and tidy and I could fault the staff at all ,very friendly and helpful. All in all it was all very smooth and hassle free . Just what you need on a break away . For me as a solo traveller I'd give it 10/10 . Next time I go back to malmo I will definitely be booking this hotel again . Oh and for the price it was ?? worth it . Small room for layover

Small hotel room was perfect for an overnight layover. Definitely understand the complaints about room size but really it works for the price. Really impressed, Sweden is not cheap that for sure. This was one of the best priced that I could find and I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, super clean room (although compact) and the location was excellent as it is directly opposite the main train station and a 5 minute walk to the main square. What I was impressed with was the breakfast quality... Admittedly there was no hot option, but in all honesty as a British traveller I am always disappointed in the failed attempts of sausage and bacon abroad and think they should just stop trying.. So, this breakfast was limited in choice but what was there was so tasty and quality.. freshly baked bread and pastries was my personal option.
