    Very nice hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The location is nice and close to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and a lot of variety available. This hotel is worth the money and I recommend this hotel.

    It was official business trip. The entrance of the Hotel was with broken tiles... Not expected in Sweden. Room of mine is OK... but without basic amenities... eg. Toiletries, fridge etcBreakfast menu is with limited options...Room cleaning... Didn't take place in 6 daysNo change of linen and towels in 6 daysFriendly front desk StaffEasy location to public transport Near Kista Gallery Mid night noise is not a surprise

    Had a pleasant 4 day break at a very reasonale rate. The area is mostly offices and the hotel doesnt look much diffrerent from the outside but the inside is stylishly modern and inviting.- great decor The rooms were clean and the bed was really soft and deep. Situated near the train station and shopping centre was a real bonus. The only criticism was the breakfast was not as hot as we would like but there was a good range which was regularly replemished. Look forward to coming back in February . Thanks for a lovely stay.

    Unfortunately came across very rude staff at the reception. The hotel has lots of potential but the customer orientation is practically zero.I do appreciate the few good and kind employees who did support, but those were clearly exceptions.

    As soon as you walk in, your be like, oh no.. I messed up! But the location was amazing, the bed awwww 🤤🤤🤤🤤The breakfast delicious,😋😋the staff is wonderful and the hotel is very clean! It’s worth a try if you want to save a bit of money. Hotels in Scandinavia are expensive!
