    Nothing but excellent in all ways :) Location, architecture, breakfast, bar just everything perfect. But most of all the wonderful service from the staff. We have travelled a lot and never ever experience a perfect service like this. A perfect balance of professionality and kindness. Thank you and we will be back. So should you if you are travelling to beautiful Stockholm :-)

    Hotel was very nice. Joel at the front desk was super helpful with restaurants, logistics and even a forgotten item.

    The cosy rooms are extremely uncomfortable. There is no space for a suitcase, toilet is small and mirror placed too high up which made putting make up on very difficult. There are no comfortable shelves to place your toiletries on as they also are too high meaning you can’t see anything in your toiletry bag. When you shower, water runs out all over the small toilet floor. The room is also very hot and you have to have old fashion 70 curtains pulled down most of the time. The interior saw its best days in the late 70s early 80s. Safe is not big enough for a laptop. Fundamental things such as an ironing board is missing. There was no room service sign to hang on the door and no bottle opener to open any of the bottles in the minibar ( that too very underwhelming). Staff refused to give out secure internet password. Never slept so bad in my life due to the room being too hot, in addition to the above, and could not wait to leave. Unfortunately the pictures of the room on the website I used to book is not a true reflection. For the price, this is a complete rip off. The location of the hotel is good and that’s about the only redeeming feature.
