    Surprised by the lack of real butter at breakfast

    Everything was great except for the breakfast.I would have liked to enjoy some bread, but unfortunately there was no real butter available. The only options were margarine (Lätta) and a blend of butter and canola oil (Bregott). This is the first time I have stayed at a hotel that does not serve plain butter.

    The new renovated room looks really great, the beds are just perfekt for me, just love the new shampo and the staff is great and very helpful, and i will come back for the next trip best regards Andreas

    The hotel is in a great location, rooms are clean, breakfast options are vast and beds are super comfortable. What stands out the most however are the people. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful and do their best to ensure a pleasant stay. I have never been welcomed with such hospitality and flexibility.

    I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during a business trip, and I really can't say anything else but that I am super happy with the whole experience! From the moment I checked in, I was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome straight away. The level of service was really top notch throughout my stay - always a smile, quick responses to questions and a genuine desire to help.The room I was given was fresh, spacious and above all - incredibly clean and tidy. It was clear that the cleaning staff pays a lot of attention to detail, which I really appreciate. The bed was absolutely marvellous! It was so perfectly soft yet supportive, so I slept like a log every night. The sheets smelled fresh and the whole room gave a very welcoming impression.Another big bonus was the hotel gym. It wasn't overly large, but it certainly had everything I needed - free weights, cardio machines, some strength training machines and even yoga mats. Perfect for keeping busy while travelling without feeling cramped or impersonal.The hotel's location is also something that should really be highlighted. It's right in the centre of town, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and public transport. I could easily get around to all my planned activities without having to worry about taxis or complicated transport.     Long, narrow, compact room

    This is a nice hotel, but probably the smallest, narrowest room we've ever been in. The room is the width of a queen size bed and the bed is wedged into the far side of the room against the window wall and two side walls. If there are two people one will have to crawl over the other to get out of bed. Space for suitcases is under the bed and there's a safe there too. One luggage rack was provided. A very large TV is on the side wall at the foot of the bed. One luggage rack is provided. There's no closet but there is a long wall with pegs and hangers to hang your coats and clothes and cubby holes for shelves. There's also a tiny desk (really a shelf) with a chair. The bathroom (with shower) is a long, narrow, frosted glass room next to the hallway. Breakfast was nice.
