  Good location but that's about the only thing going for it. The single rooms are about the size of a small prison cell and there are no windows. You feel like you're suffocating. Don't stay here if you're claustrophobic. On top of that there's no closet, nowhere to put your luggage.

  Excellent everything. The staff was awesome, but the breakfast was the best. Also the room was clean and quiet. Restaurant was a great add.

  Terrible hotel, is more like a hostel then a hotel

  I stayed at this Best Western for four nights and unfortunately cannot recommend it. The “queen bed” was actually a sofa bed with decorative pillows, making it very uncomfortable. The room was noisy, had almost no storage, and the TV barely worked. The bathroom was small, had black mold in the shower, and the rain shower head was covered in limescale, which was never cleaned despite being reported. Breakfast was overcrowded, poorly organized, and the food quality was very low.On top of that, the fire alarm went off late at night with unclear evacuation routes, and one evening we were locked out of our room for a long period because even staff couldn’t open the door. Despite raising these issues, no proper solutions were offered, and the only compensation provided was a single drink.For the price charged, the hotel falls far below the standards expected of a Best Western. As advice to future guests: if comfort, cleanliness, and reliability matter to you, I suggest considering other options in Stockholm.Given the misleading room description, poor hygiene, and unresolved problems, I believe a refund is justified and kindly ask the hotel to reconsider their refusal.

  Very small hotel room - we've had bigger rooms in hub hotels in London! We were on the ground floor which was odd as you open the door and come face to face with the people in the breakfast area, and they too can look into your room. But at least we had a window which is why we booked a superior room. That bring said, the room felt far from superior - with a bed only accessible from one side, a tiny bathroom and no storage space, there was little place to move around in the room, and even less to plug in the kettle or put the luggage down. The room a/c was sporadic which really impacted our sleep. The reception desk felt very much like we had checked into a hostel. Breakfast had warm and cold varieties, and there was lactose free milk and yoghurt available. The hotel is conveniently located as there is a bus stop a road away and a tube station a bit further down the hotel's road. It's also opposite are a 7-11 store and a McDonald's.

  Almost excellent tourist hotel - disregard the bad reviews

  Stockholm is a very expensive city, in top most expensive worldwide, so you get here exactly what you paid for. Expecting to get more for around 80 Euros per night for a double with breakfast would be unreal.Location is very good - close to 2 bus stations just around the corner and metro station 5 min walk. If you prefer walking central station and old town are 20-25 min.Lobby is basically a bar cash desk where you're given your room keys and check in. Staff was kind and very efficient.We got a room at -2 level, underground, which we knew about beforehand at booking time. Room is tiny, very basic, without windows and closet, yet clean. It might be a problem if you're claustrophobic. There's only one double bed - pretty comfortable and small bathroom with rain shower and toilet. We only slept there and were all day out exploring the city. My only complaint about the room is lack of AC plugs. Breakfast was better than we expected, with good choice of fruits, 2-3 cold cuts, cheese, and hot basic dishes, as well pancakes.To conclude, in my opinion it's an excellent tourist hotel with great price/quality/location ratio if you're satisfied with basics and all day out. If not, it's definitely not for you, but be prepared to pay times 2, 3, 4.....
