  A great option if you’re looking for a comfortable stay near the airport. The hotel is just about 10 minutes away by shuttle, which runs regularly — every half hour from the airport and at 10 and 40 minutes past the hour from the hotel, making transfers smooth and easy.Rooms are clean and functional, and the breakfast spread is exactly what you’d expect from a good Swedish hotel — fresh, hearty, and a nice start to the day. Perfect for a short stopover or an early flight.

  the room was fairly clean, no bugs which is important to me, it was stuffy, and I had the heat all the way off, i had to open the windows for air because I can't sleep in stuffy heat and get any rest at all. Room 223, it would have been helpful to have either a fan available or a/c or someway to be cool but opening the window worked somewhat except for the cars all leaving at ones in the evening behind the building, I just needed sleep to be ready to travel 20 hours. It was nice being close to the airport and the shuttle was definitely a plus. Probably one of the best things. The food in the restaurant is overpriced and unfortunately no places to get to eat anywhere else unless you have a car or uber, but better than starving.The breakfast buffet has a super variety which was wonderful, but you can lose your appetited when you see and watch the employee who was restocking the breakfast wore blue rubber gloves, which is fine, but she only wore them to protect her hands, not to keep food or clean plates, cups or silverware clean. I watched her both mornings that I was there with the same blue gloves on she brought out food to refill, then picked up dirty trays and dishes and put them in the cart, she moved chairs around touching the backs of them then goes right over to where the breakfast rolls are , opens the drawer and starts taking out rolls and refilling the roll bin that customers are going to eat, ALL with the same gloves that she has been handling dirty left behind used dishes and trays and touching dirty chairs. I watched her both mornings, she never changed the gloves, i watcher her go from one dirty thing to one clean thing, it was disgusting. I tried to speak with her about it, she couldn't understand English so she got someone else, who tried to tell me that they change the gloves, which is a LIE because I watched her, i even made a mental not of how the glove was sitting on her wrist to see if it was new or different when she did go to the back and it was not. She had on the same old dirty gloves, touching and refilling food, plates, silverware and all of it. I asked the English-speaking woman (who was behind the desk) if she would want to eat food that was handled by a worker touching other people's dirty dishes, backs of chairs and carts and so on and she just looked at me. That is totally unsanitary and am surprised that the hotel and management is totally okay with this.

  Worst standard to price I’ve ever experienced

  Got transferred to a sister hotell nearby since I brought my dog. Staying for 8 nights. - Room wasn’t cleaned once. No new blankets or towels.- the shower was broken, and had bearly any pressure. Dirt and mold in the bathroom- the thermostat in the bathroom was broken, so it was either hot as hell, or freezing cold. - dust and spiders in the room. - workplace chair was ripped. - closet doors got jammed 8 out of 10 times. - TV was removed with cables just left behind The list goes on and on, but basically the room was worn out and very old. It did have a working fridge which was nice. I don’t mind a lower standard as long as I’m able to bring my dog. The issue is that I was charged full price, as if I was staying in the actual hotel. There is just no way that full price (1300,- per night) is justified with a standard like this and no roomservice.

  It’s an Airport Hotel….

  …..so forget about location. There is a gas station 500 meters away. That’s it. Parking just outside the door, and easy to find. Okay service minded reception lady. Have asked for a quiet room at the booking on the BW homepage. Got it. A disabled prepared room. I think it is fantastic that there is this opportunity. No question!Especially the bathroom has some special equipment that I didn’t felt relaxing. Sorry.I would like to have the opportunity to choose.Other than that, great stay with okay dinner menu where the smash burger surprised.Great breakfast.Coffee and tea facilities, great strong and free WIFI. (normal these days)Will be back if in the area.
