    Friendly staff, great location, clean rooms

    Nothing to complain! The staff was very nice and friendly, and upon request had our check-in time already at 11:00 instead of the regular 15:00, for no extra charge. The rooms and common areas were very tidy, the room was clean. Location is great, in the center but still a quiet street. Easy to walk anywhere or get a cab. The breakfast was good buffet with enough options. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price. The rooms are quite small, but for our trip we just needed a tidy place to sleep and have breakfast, so it was perfect.

    DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!! Rooms are small, no windows, if windows you cannot open. It is disrespectful to offer anyone this. No service, no trying to help you, uneducated person at the reception desk. Nobody to help or provide service. Horrible experience. It does not deserve the name HOTEL!!!

    Very poor experience, and absolutely terrible customer service. Would not recommend and will not ever consider this hostel for any future visits again. Wish we read more reviews prior to booking, but unfortunately it is a lesson learned. Steer clear

    Hotel is a historic building that was once a brewery. This hotel is fine for a short overnight stays for sleeping only. It’s actually a hostel. Rooms are very small without a chair or table if you want to lounge. Only the bed to sit on. The bathroom was tiny.Pros: Pleasant staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed and daily breakfast included. Reasonable rates in this expensive city. A three minute walk to transit station. Cons: Hallways had an unpleasant odor, similar to open sewage.

    A small and pleasant hotel reasonably near to the Central Station. Comfortable for an overnight stay with helpful reception [and pin pad to get in as well. Good breakfast next morning though we were in a rush. Quiet enough situation in small street
