    A very well-located aparthotel with exceptionally kind and professional staff. The apartments are extremely spacious—unlike anything we’ve seen before—comfortable, well heated, quiet, and clean. We appreciated almost everything.If you happen to have slightly noisy neighbors, you may hear them; however, the staff is available to help resolve the issue. Their intervention was prompt and effective.The furniture and amenities are more than adequate, though some items show signs of age.

    We had no idea about where to book a hotel in Stockholm, but It was a wonderful idea to book this one... The location, the attention, It was perfect!     We have arrived late in the evening after a really delayed journey and the guy at the reception managed to get a smile on our faces just with his kindness. He really helped us to start our Stockholm visit with the right foot. The room was also comfortable, nothing luxurious but it was just enough for what we needed with a 1 year old for 3 nights. The location is not too far from the old town, with a stroller it was a 25- 30 minutes walk. It was a really nice stay.

    Overall, the apartment is very basis plus the breakfast.We had the same breakfast takeaway menu for 4-mornings.The apartment personnel really need to look into the breakfast menu.Unable to find the dumpster room as it was located quite far away.

    Biz has great spacious single rooms, nice spacious bathroom, fully equipped modern kitchen plus a supermarket next door, very nice breakfast buffet in a very pleasant room, easy bus ride to town. Great value and reasonable price. Large parks nearby for outdoor sport activities, gym next door too. Highly recommended!
