  Stayed here for a week and found it suited me perfectly. A little South of the Centre in a great residential area. You can read up about it if you're interested in urban planning. Two stops on the tram and a short underground ride. Could also use the commuter ferry, which was great. Two supermarkets and bakeries etc nearby plus several eateries. I had a roof terrace which was handy if a little noisy from adjacent buildings. Kitchen equipment a little too basic for self-catering but I did ok. Bed really comfortable and the apartment was very spacious and clean. Staff were onsite 247 and helpful, which was nice. Would definitely return.

  Peaceful Place to Stay - Just Wish the Window Curtains Kept the Sun Out

  We really enjoyed staying at the Biz Apartment Hammarby Sjostad for our four days in Stockholm. It is located off of a pedestrian plaza in a residential area that offered a nice break from the busier areas of the city. It is still a short walk to the tram that will get you to a metro stop for connections to the rest of the city.The staff was very helpful and gave us a great recommendation for lunch (Alle Kok & Bar) and they helped us figure out how to use the laundry facilities. The laundry must be booked in advanced and the spots can fill up quickly, even the ones for doing laundry at 3am! If you want to laundry there, be sure to plan in advance. You get exclusive usage of the two washers and dryers for three hours, but we used all of our available time to get everything done. It was also our first experience with a drying closet, but it worked well and now we wish we had one at home.We really appreciated that we had a top floor unit with a small patio that had a great view. It was the perfect place to enjoy breakfast. The rooms were spacious, by far the largest we stayed in on our trip. My only complaint is that the curtains are relatively thin. Since our room faced East and it was June, the sun started blasting in through the thin curtains at 3:30am! I had to put on a sleeping mask to get a few more hours sleep. Some blackout shades in the bedroom would be greatly appreciated.

  Beautiful apartment hotel close to the city center

  This was our third stay at this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, so you can reach the city center in 20 minutes by tram and subway, and you can also easily get to the Nacka nature reserve. The surrounding streets and canals are ideal for a stroll.We booked an apartment with a terrace on the 9th floor. We received a friendly welcome and were given information about the hotel. Cleaning and linen change are done once a week – if that's not enough for you, you can book additional cleanings for an additional fee.The reception, elevators, and rooms are very clean.The apartment we chose is approximately 45 square meters in size, with an extra bedroom and living room with a kitchenette. The closets are spacious and offer enough space for longer stays. The kitchen includes a two-burner ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is enough crockery and cutlery for self-catering. Breakfast can be ordered separately, but is only offered as a breakfast bag.The rooms are bright, with wooden floors and Scandinavian furnishings. TV and Wi-Fi are available. There are only a few Scandinavian channels and no option to connect to the TV with a smartphone. This is a bit of a shame.The bathroom is functionally furnished with a sink, toilet, and shower and offers plenty of storage space.The terrace is quite long, with two chairs and a table. However, it's not very inviting – weeds are sprouting through the paving stones. This spoils the overall positive impression. On the other hand there is a public terrace on the ninth floor with some green – so some flowers would be nice fort he balcony as well.We were very satisfied with our stay and would choose the hotel again.

  We stayed just for a one night but the experience was really good. We arrived late (near 23:30) and had no problem with checking in. The apartment is functional, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast included toasts with ham and cheese, jam, apples a yogurt with granola. We really liked staying here. It took us around 25 minutes to the Stockholm C.

  The apartment was great!Comfortable, spacious room with a kitchen and Comfortable bed. The area around thr hotel was fantastic and quiet.Good connections into the city. Take the tram which is 5 mins away at Sickla Kaj to Gullmarsplan tbana.Staff were very friendly and there is lidl and Coop nearby for shopping. Would definitely stay here again.
