Junior suites, 12 suites, 289 single rooms and 276 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop.     Awesome Cleanliness, helpful staff, room size great, amazing shower, luxurious atmosphere, no noise, ideal location. Amenities were great and super clean.     Beauty past its prime

    am extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. At nearly 2800 SEK per night, the experience was frankly unacceptable.The hotel gives a worn-out and outdated impression throughout. The carpet in the room was coming loose in several places, the bathroom door showed poorly repaired damage, the space between the windowpanes was dirty, and the overall standard felt shabby and neglected. There was absolutely no sense of luxury, elegance, or premium quality despite Hilton’s global reputation. The postmodern 1990s interior design has aged badly — this is very much a faded grandeur.To make matters worse, the hotel charges extra for WiFi (85 SEK) and even has the audacity to charge 35 SEK for a small carton of water. For a hotel in this price range, that feels remarkably cheap and petty.Were it not for the excellent location near Slussen, close to Stockholm’s Old Town and city centre, this Hilton could easily be mistaken for a tired and run-down provincial city hotel in a mediocre Swedish town.The poor sound insulation was the final insult. At this price level, guests should reasonably expect peace and comfort — not noise bleeding through the walls.Never again.     Great base to explore Stockholm

    We just spent four wonderful nights in Stockholm with our adult daughter. The hotel is in an excellent location - walking distance to the old part of town and major transport routes (subway, ferry, bus) are reached easily too. The staff were very helpful, particularly the two Alex's on the front desk. Our room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect from a Hilton. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with omelettes cooked to order and plenty of other dishes to choose from.     We loved the location and friendly and helpful welcome. We were on the 3rd floor with a great view over the water. Very clean room and little noise heard. The breakfast was superb. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The omelette station, waffle machine, juicer, gluten free section and local delicacies made us spoiled for choice.
