    overprized. price vs. value is not what you expect on a business trip

    sorry, but 2500 SEK for one night in a hotel room that looks like not being refurbished for long time. No climate control, small bed, small room, bathroom was clean but only standard, when check in and out, some waiting time. Needed some extra negotiation to havy my company name on hte invoice. in overall, sorry, but the hotel does not offer a good value for that high price. I have been in hotels at the same prize in other countries with a plethora of more luxus.

    Very disappointing service overall. Poor communication and unhelpful staff at reception, even with simple requests made before check-in, such as requesting a room away from the elevator and being given one directly in front of it instead. Housekeeping was also very poor — the room was not properly cleaned despite requests, and I had to ask reception for clean towels.

    I’m very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was comfortable and everything met my expectations. The breakfast is a must — fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again.
