    Cleaners ignored cleaning my room. I had to complain three times as I asked for my room to be cleaned. I was not properly compensated and was met with hostility

    The price was way too high, breakfast is not included but it costs 99 SEK/night if you want to have breakfast. When checking in you were asked if you wanted the room cleaned during your stay, answered YES but only got it cleaned 1 day out of 2, checked in Tuesday evening check out Friday. In addition, there wasn't even a small fridge in the room if you wanted to cool your drink.     Get ready for an unforgettable experience ! Just not necessarily a good one!

    Scandic Täby, probably the absolut worst Scandic location ever visited.As you walk up to the door you gently get rocked into a false state of relaxation, in the lobby there was some gingerbread cookies and drinks.The reception, enter staff member Kla**s. Very short in tone, not welcoming at all. On the contrary his whole persona and tone was nothing short of condescending.We get checked in, walk up to leave our bags to head out for some food.Back down passing the reception we hear someone actually shouting “you didn’t pay”!We turn around only to see the same gentle.. no wait.. sadly can’t apply this term here.. The.. Person who somehow is there to represent Scandic Täby.He is if even possible looking even more grumpy and bitter, waving our party over to the reception.We of course know that our stay is paid in full in advance and also have confirmation of this.We show this and ask what the outstanding balance is for, upon this he seems to be offended replying I have no idea don’t you know.NoActually we don’t because yet again out booking confirmation is showing ZERO.He snaps us off yet again that he will leave the matter to the night staff to take care of.We turn around and walk out the door asking each other what just happened.Coming back we wanted to be on top of the situation since we didn’t want them to falsely charge our card.We step inside start off with “excuse me have you had a chance to find out what the outstanding charge was for?”He looks straight at us and scoffed as he turned around and walked away.Yet again we stand there completely confused as to what the hell just happened.Take it as yet another situation to ignore and head to bed.Morning after we get up early since we have a full day planned.Heading down for breakfast we meet the same type of behavior from the other person.Enter the stage Ann*-L**ta, she snaps at my girlfriend for not having a physical paper copy of our booking. Demands to see our booking, still refuses to answer why her colleague shouted we hadn’t paid.During this she even rips.. yes RIPS the phone out of her hand.. and scratching her hand.. my girlfriend is now also physically hurt by staff members besides the psychological abuse they’ve so far been experimenting on us with.She leaves the lobby with tears in her eyes as I turn to tell this staff member off.She has NO remorse for her behavior, no respect or reaction whatsoever.Just stands like a complete fool staring at me and finally manages to utter ummm ok..Well wasn’t this such a pleasant treat!Let’s look besides the fact that the room was moldy, holes in the sheets, no towels.. well Scandic Täby must be working hard at making guests feelUnwelcome..We even spoke to a manager C**illa, she tried to make us come back to the hotel.. to which my girlfriend rightfully refuses to, the manager doesn’t understand why at all.I ask her politely if she would feel comfortable going back to a place she felt humiliated, psychologically abused and even physically assaulted?Her only response is to blame us for threatening her, which we didn’t do in any way or form..We simply asked the question if she would feel comfortable if she would be in my girlfriend’s shoes.Needless to say this conversation didn’t go anywhere constructive, this manager was so determined to victimize herself above all that she had no understanding of reality.Defending herself and the staff’s behavior, not even questioning their actions towards us.We spoke with this person one more time on the phone.. let’s just say she was even more rude this time.. even hung up while I was mid sentence.. good job!In my opinion Scandic Täby seems to be the house of horrors.. good thing they take pride in their breakfast with the awards flashing in the buffet..Which is a bit strange.. it’s the same at pretty much all locations🤷‍♂️Because everything else.. was nothing short of a nightmare.. thank you Scandic for an UNFORGETTABLE experience!Just not unforgettable in the right way.You should be ashamed of the people who represent your brand at this location.     One of the worst experiences we’ve had at a hotel

    The staff are the worst we’ve ever experienced at any given hotel. Accusing us of stealing, upon minutes of arriving to then rip our personal belongings out of our hands to the point where I got scratch marks on me. I left the hotel crying and my partner and our friend left extremely angry, shocked and disappointed.
