Location

The hotel is located in the heart of Kista Science City, 15 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The hotel is next to Kistamassan exhibition centre, Kista Centrum shopping centre and it is 20-25 minutes from Bromma Airport and Stockholm Arlanda Airport.

Facility

299 non-smoking rooms are available to guests. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     OK Hotel – Terrible Terrible Restaurant

    Ok hotel - nice rooms. But the restaurant is Terrible.I do not believe that they employ a professional chef. Would not feed it to my dog. Simply do not go there.

    It was really nice with a mixed-gender sauna, we made it hotter to enjoy it more 💦🚿 Difficult with small windows, to see outsight vews, but interesting architecture!     Family room for 5 ppl was large enough with comfy beds and sofa beds. Breakfast was the best I have had in any Swedish hotel. The only downside was the room not fully sound proof having some sounds from neighbor room.     Good hotel with very good service and friendly, helpful staff.Breakfast is very good. Gym is spacious equipped with not so many machines but enough for basic exercises. Sauna is big and clean. Will stay next time.     Can't say I'm overwhelmed by my stay...

    After a very cool welcome at check in we went down to the restaurant for the dinner we booked in advance. We arrived on time to a very pre-rush hour, slow restaurant and had to wait a good 5-10 min before being seated. When I booked the table I requested a spot by a wall or in a corner. We ended up in the middle of the room. We had time to walk the buffet and eat maybe a third of our food before someone took out drink order, and then an additional maybe 5 min for the drinks to arrive. (Someone stayed by the table at all times just in case a waiter would arrive to take a drink order). When nobody ordered wine, the wine glasses should have been removed from the table. They were not.
