    Wonderful Stay and Outstanding Hospitality

    We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.What stood out the most was Sandra at the front desk. She is one of the nicest hotel professionals we have ever met. From the moment we arrived, she made our family feel genuinely welcome. She was always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with anything we needed, whether it was arranging a fan, providing extra towels, or answering our questions about the hotel and the area.The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, but Sandra's exceptional hospitality truly elevated our experience. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel valued as guests.Thank you, Sandra, for helping make our stay so enjoyable!

    Great convenient location. Sells itself as a boutique hotel which is a fair description. Room OK with bathroom facilities a bit on the small side, and only one small chair.Breakfast buffet ok but for example more choices of milk than anything else.Staff helpful.Overall good, maybe just trying a bit too hard to be chic.

    Overall, this hotel has a lot to offer: a lovely breakfast buffet, a great location, and a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a significant practical issue.Our double room turned out to be equipped with a bed only 1.20 metres wide — including a shared sheet of the same size. For two adults, this is simply not comfortable. When we asked to switch to another room, the hotel was fully booked and no alternative was available.The result: we only stayed one out of our three booked nights. We spent the remaining two nights at a different hotel, which of course came with additional costs.A shame, because the hotel has potential. But a double room should simply come with a proper double bed. We just want to clarify though, that you did book our cheapest and smallest room category with the smallest bed. On our website it says clearly that our beds in our Double Rooms are 140cm wide. Which is the European standard for a double bed. We can agree that it's small, but nothing we are trying to hide.     Good location. It is closed to many attractions. However, it is not as clean as I expected. I reserved it thru’ Hyatt so I expected the quality would be better.

    The best complimentary breakfast! The daily breakfast was so fulfilling and delicious that I didn't even need lunch! The selection was extensive and everything was of exceptional quality.
