  all was perfect as always . only a little bit of improovemnet can be done : when a you ask customer when are you arriing in prior email check in , custiómer says around 2 30 . he arrives at 230 and suite is not finished its not so nice . than better no asking and instead : your suite will be ready at 300 pm for you :D Hotel Beaulac, Other at Hotel Beaulac, responded to this review Dear guest,Thank you for your kind review.   This is the perfect hotel for a relaxing weekend - nothing better than arriving Friday evening, heading to the Waves bar, sitting outside and looking out over the moon-drenched lake with the Alps in the background.   Very friendly staff at reception who volunteered a warm welcoming. The room was very tidy and clean, whereas the bed was too comfortable to get up the next morning. It is great we can leave the window wide open despite a sticker indication mosquitos with vampire-like need for blood. Breakfast buffet was adequate in providing health-oriented foods, apart from the usual processed food content. For dinner we enjoyed the roof terra. Extremely friendly and inviting staff. Unfortunately, I consider the quality of sushi as prepared relatively mediocre level, certainly in perspective of the over the top pricing. Even the rice was poorly prepared, just sticky and mushy, instead well-defined grains. It did not hamper the fantastic view over lac Neuchâtel. We shall most certainly return to this highly recommended hotel, but refrain from it's Japanese cuisine.   The hotel is on best location at the Quai and art museum. The reception team was extremely helpful and friendly. It is wheelchair accessible and does have for conferences even a separate wheelchair toilet. Would be grat if they add their information in ginto. Thank you for your hospitality.
