    There's lots of reasons to like Bern. This hotel isn't one of them.

    I chose this hotel because its near the train station and in the historic district and honestly, that's about all it has going for it. I've seen hospital rooms that exude more charm than there guest rooms. It you like a room with a very close-up view of a large pipe than here's your place. The staff gives you a key and you figure out where your room is and how everything works. Oh and at Check-out, they vcome up with extra charges that we fought and got them to back down on.     Very nice hotel, close to the Bahnhof and in the Altstadt (Old Town)

    We love staying at the Savoy! It was our third time staying there and will do so again. Perfect distance from the Bahnhof and in the heart of the Old Town. The two front desk receptionists are delightful, friendly, and welcoming. They serve a good breakfast buffet and the cafe is always kept clean. Our room was large and quiet, great storage and a good sized bathroom. All in all, an excellent stay!     Lovely, Clean , Modern

    Great Hotel , only a 5 minute walk from the train station. We walked in to get them to hold our bags , as we were early for check in , but they had the room available for us to use. Extremely clean modern room, nice shower, and lovely staff. Breakfast was nice, with beautiful fresh Orange Juice. Many shops, restaurants and coop close by.
