  Good potential, but poor comfort and management

  Good location to use as starting point to explore the region. The room was very big. The free parking space is also very convenient. However, we could clearly hear noise from the neighbouring rooms. There was particularly loud noise from the room next to ours from late evening until well into the night. Our room was located directly above the reception area, yet no staff intervened. At around 2am we tried to report the disturbance (both in person and by phone), but the reception was closed, despite the information stating that it operates 24 hours a day. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the room lacked basic amenities (considering the price) such as bottled water, a kettle and a fridge. Upon request, kettles can be borrowed from reception, subject to availability. In Maienfeld, we have spring water that can be drunk from the tap without hesitation. It is also possible to purchase drinks for your room in the bistro. We serve a Swiss breakfast, which is freshly prepared every day.We are sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations this time.   Fantastic location and excellent breakfast

  Incredibly beautiful location just next to the train station and the highway exit. When you eat breakfast in the panorama room you feel like being in the Alps!   We stopped to charge our Tesla car. Nice friendly people, excellent clean bathrooms. The only disappointment was that pizza was rock hard for the second time. Generally, this is due to the pizza dough being too old. Otherwise, it is a pleasant place to stop.

  Well equipped hotel with super service! Breakfast offer is great and the staff very friendly! I will come again with pleasure!The location is great, as it is right by the highway exit. Nevertheless, you do not hear the highway.   Spotless hotel well placed foe Heidihoff.

  Spotlessly clean hotel on the outskirts of the small town. It's just off the main road and between the railway station and an industrial estate but don't let that put you off. Rooms are an adequate size and we'll appointed. The views from the rooms at the back are good. The bar was always busy.
