  Great layover stay before flight home

  Very clean, convenient to airport, helpful staff and comfortable beds. Prices were reasonable too. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but there is a very nice market adjacent if you need something to eat. The rooms had a nicely stocked small kitchen space. Also parking was free in a covered garage. Only 2 miles from the airport.

  This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with a bus stop right in front that provides easy access to both the city center and the terminals. The room includes a small kitchen equipped with a microwave, offering extra convenience. The space is quite comfortable, and the customer service is excellent.

  Please do not book this hotel online.Unfortunately, this hotel does not seem to value reputation, quality, or customer satisfaction. My stay here was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Honestly, it did not feel like a Swiss hotel at all — the standard of service was far below expectations.I had booked two nights, but during the night I found silverfish coming into my room from the walls. It was very unpleasant and made me feel unsafe. I took photos and videos as evidence and went to the reception to report the problem. Unfortunately, the staff told me there were no other rooms available and dismissed my complaint without offering any real solution.It has now been nearly three months since my stay, and I have not received any response or follow-up from the hotel. This lack of professionalism and care for guests is very disappointing.I will be sharing the photos and videos online so that other travelers are aware of the situation before booking.

  Location is great. There is a supermarket Lidl, just next door which closes at 7:30 and is fully closed on Sundays. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel [although I never took the bus during my stay]. There are a few eating places in close by Vernier village Check in and check out was easy. Sonia, Estelle and Isaac at the front desk were very polite and helpful.Room was spacious but the bed although comfortable, was a bit too high- had to climb up. There was a coffee maker, fridge and microwave oven and some crockery too- even a liquid detergent to wash them clean. A small problem with the bathroom-- the hand shower was very close to the toilet seat and no demarcation between the two areas. So the whole area gets wet after a bath. Housekeeping was prompt and good.Breakfast okay- but same dishes repeated everyday. Do not miss going to the terrace on the 4th flour. It gives a picturesque view of the surrounding hills. Overall a great experience

  I flew in from London for a quick tour of Geneva before heading on to France, and I was genuinely impressed with my stay at Appart’City. The hotel was lovely and spacious, clean, and everything was clearly labelled, which made it really easy to find my way around from the car park right up to my room.The staff were brilliant. I had a great chat with the Swiss receptionist (I think his name was Alec, though I might be mixing it up), and the Serbian night manager was equally friendly and helpful. Both made me feel very welcome.I really liked the little touches, like the filtered water available in the lobby so I could fill up my bottle, and the communal terrace on the fourth floor was a fantastic spot to unwind. The level of service was right up there with what I’d expect back home in the UK.All in all, I couldn’t fault it - 10 out of 10. I’d happily stay here again if I’m ever back in Geneva!
