    Worst hotel ever.Money disappered from our wallets left in the rooms while having breakfast. The morning receptionist who is the hotel manager did not believe us, did not say sorry, but he was rude, verbally agressive and unfriendly. His English is really poor. He does not understand fluent speech. Only some of the surveillence cameras work, not all of them.The air conditioning did not work in the room. The manager promised that the maintenence man would come but he never arrived.Breakfast was poor, little choice, no vegetables, partly fresh food.

    Reasonable price (through a travel web site and decently in advance), clean room, working air conditioning, and good location (near the fountain and parks, near a famous square and the big church, near plenty of groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, coffee places, and gelaterias). You can’t check in until 2pm, that seemed to be form, they didn’t even check to see if a room was clean when one arrives at 11:30am or so. The room is small and simple, with a closet, double bed, desk, TV, mini bar, and bathroom with a curtained stall-sized shower. The free WiFi worked. The room was clean. The shower had sufficient hot water. There is a slow elevator. Their breakfast seems ridiculously overpriced so didn’t do it, there are lots of great places nearby for coffee and pastries.

    It’s a nice hotel if you don’t like hostel and want to have some privacy, not too far from city’s attractions. The location and staff deserve 5 of 5. The breakfast is, hm… modest, but eggs are available, so you can energize yourself (don’t hesitate to ask for more portions)). The room is quiet, good to sleep.

    Basic hotel with all comfort needed for a stay in Geneva. Nice staff, room big enough and clean, excellent location beside Jet d'eau at walking distance to all major tourist places and connected to public transport, good and large breakfast selection.Last and not least, excellent value for money.

    Very good location, kind staff, limited but quality breakfast selections. Close to all city attractions. Lots of restaurants around hotel. Good wifi. Comfortable bed. Migros just around the corner. Lake side is about 100 meters on foot.
