    Dogshit stay. Do not rent towels, refused to refund. Daylight robbery in an ant ridden prison.

    Terrible experience. I had paid for two nights, but since I arrived one day after my official check-in, I was only staying for one night. Even so, I was denied immediate access and told to wait until the official check-in time. The hostel is not accessible for people with disabilities, and staff were rude and dismissive when I asked. To make things worse, the bed I was assigned was already occupied. Very unprofessional and far below Swiss standards. I do not recommend this place.

    The women get sensually sexually harassed, guys and drug dealers getting in and out of the rooms all night, you want things done sort reception dollars!! Drugs easily delivered and my boyfriend left me when he was there, kept ringing him and he just kept saying not now repeatedly cut his phone connection Avoid Avoid

    Actually, quite good in terms of price/expectations. Perfect facilities, perfect location, friendly staff. The breakfast is… modest, no eggs, so it’s lack of protein. You have cheese, ham, bread, cornflakes, so you won’t go out hungry. And there is a kitchen, so you can cook your own food.

    Unfortunately, i left my watch in my room but after contacting the hostel, Jerome and the hostel staff did a fantastic job in returning it to me. I cannot thank them all enough and i recommend this well run hostel to everyone ! Also get youselves to Mr Pickwick pub for the cheapest pints in geneva !
