This hotel is located on a peaceful street, right at the heart of Geneva and is just metres from numerous shopping and entertainment venues. The picturesque lake is only around 100 m away, the flower clock, the Jet d’Eau and the headquarters for the UN are around 1 km away. In addition, the old town is around 2 km away and the Natural History Museum lies just over 2 km from the hotel. Links to the public transport network are around 50 m away and the main train station is 300 m away. The international airport is 8 km from the hotel and the transfer time is around 15 minutes. Access to the motorway is only around 7 minutes.

Facility

153 rooms and suites are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     No Access, No Parking, No Help

    Absolutely shameful.The hotel kept accepting non-refundable bookings while knowing that streets around the property were closed because of the G7 summit in Evian. It was impossible to park within 2 km of the hotel.We were travelling with a disabled person and called to explain the situation. The hotel refused to help, refused to make any exception, and told us to contact Booking.com instead.Terrible customer service and zero empathy.

    The hotel is centrally located and reception staff is friendly. Also, the art in the lobby is interesting. And that’s where the positives end. The room, while creative is awkward and uncomfortable. There is not enough floor space, for example, to open your suitcase. Unsure if this was because I was in the corner room or if this is the standard. Housekeeping was inconsistent, leaving empty water bottles on the floor. Also, walked in without knocking at 7:30 am. The expensive laundry service ruined my wool sweater. WiFi was unreliable, possibly because I was in the corner and far away from the source. If you are staying there for a night or two, it will be fine. If your stay is longer, I’d go elsewhere.
