    Hotel room is a bit small, but overall is fine. The cleanliness, staff,wifi access. Most appreciated is the transportation pass, which allow you have no headache of buying ticket one by one everytime.     Firstly, I would like to start my review by saying Ibis Budget is different from other Ibis hotels you may have stayed at. My fiancé and I always stay at Ibis and I am pleased to say that we found our stay very enjoyable! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. If you would like a nice quiet area to stay in, and don’t mind the 50 minute walk or short drive to the city centre this is the place for you. The hotel is definitely value for money and provides excellent, clean and cheap accommodation for those who are looking at travelling on a budget. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and I would especially like to give a special mention to Camelia at reception who went above and beyond to help us gain a better understanding of the motorway and national road system in Switzerland and France to allow us to plan our days out accordingly. Camelia should be commanded for her friendly and genuine approach and I would highly recommend her for an employee of the month scheme if you have one in place for your staff. Parking: if you are driving you do not need to pay for parking as you can park for free in the street (anywhere with a blue line) between 19:00 and 08:00. Parking is also free on Sundays. (This is what we did and it worked well for us) - but of course you are welcome to take whichever option is convenient for you. Thank you for such a lovely wonderful stay!     Not normal Ibis standard imho

    I suppose you get what you pay for but in comparison to the other Ibis hotels, inc budget, I’ve stayed in this is below par. In the room the bed was thin & uncomfortable, the window was screwed shut, toilet was like an echo chamber so not great for sharing! The breakfast is continental style. We went down to eat at 9am and the drinks machine was on auto clean so we waited 10mins for drinks. The food started disappearing back into the kitchen, lids put back on, cooler emptied so we had to rush to grab things while we could. Saying that, the staff on reception were cheery & helpful, the whole hotel was immaculately clean. The location is good as there is a tram/bus stop outside direct to town & the airport, very easy to use.     We spent 3 nights in the hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean and warm. The location is excellent with transport directly outside. Acceas to the city centre is very easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay.     Staff very friendly. Location just outside a tram and bus line. Got it into city centre in 10 to 15 minutes. And hotel gives you free travel card for publix transport. Hotel was very clean. And most importantly for the money we paid its cheap for being in Geneva. Definitely recommend this hotel.
