    Accommodating, Clean, Friendly and Great Hotel

    This hotel was super accommodating! I was here for only 12 hours before traveling and they allowed an early check in so I could sleep. They are super responsive and if you need anything the staff is very friendly. I had Ester as the front desk receptionist and she was amazing she’s warm,very helpful and accommodating. A great front desk receptionist can make the stay so much better and she did! Overall clean and friendly vibe here.     Incompetent Front Office Causing Distress

    Very bad unorganised front office staff. I booked this hotel for a work colleague’s stay through booking.com. I paid in full via creditcard before check in and paid the city tax at the front desk upon checking in. At check out they demanded payment and refused my colleague at breakfast which was all completely paid for. This was most distressing. He needed to call me and I had to send photos of the receipts and city tax bill at 7 in the morning because of the incompetence of the front office.     Well located and affordable

    We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. We took bus no 8 ( 2 stops) from Geneva Cornavin train station to hotel. The same bus also could reach old town and broken chair. Hotel is well located with supermarket Denner just opposite and restaurants/ cafe nearby. Check in was fast. Room was in good size and clean. We booked a double room with sofa bed. Room size is ok and we could open 2 big luggages without any issue.Hotel lobby was pretty cozy and many guests sat there. Could buy drink or snacks in the lobby also.     We stayed here for 4 nights at the start of March 2026. We got the train from the airport using the free travel pass the hotel sent before we arrived. We then walked to the hotel, about 10 minutes up a slight hill - very straightforward. We later discovered that we could have got tram 18 from outside the train station, which would have brought us very close to the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and switched readily into English to explain everything to us. Our room was compact which is expected in a city but contained everything we could need. It was clean and comfortable and had a good seating area and plenty of space for clothes and luggage. We heard no road noise in spite of being on the 2nd floor facing the busy road. The restaurant served breakfast and dinner and there was a lively bar on the ground floor - again no noise in our room. We took bus no 5 back to the airport and found this very convenient.     Hotel close to Cornavin

    Very clean and friendly hotel a short distance from Cornavin station. I walked with my suitcase from the station in about 10 minutes. It’s not in the centre of Geneva but is close to tram and bus lines. The hotel is very clean, with very good breakfast.
