    First time we stay there. This is not really what I would describe as a boutique hotel. Beautiful location. Right by the lake. Nice friendly team. It has a reputed restaurant that we however did not try (was fully booked when we tried). Rooms can use a serious upgrade to get an additional ⭐️ or even ⭐️ ⭐️.

    Terrific hotel with very nice accommodations, good location, super helpful and friendly staff. I would stay here again.The bed was very comfortable and sleep was easy to come by. View out the window was fabulous -- overlooking Lake Geneva. Easy to walk around town to shops, bakeries, restaurants, and along the waterfront. Also close enough to the train station.Only weird things (and hence the minus one star): front door hard to find lol, and the hallway right outside the hotel room door is pitch black until you trigger the motion detector. But you have to walk a bit into the complete darkness, waving your arms to trigger the motion detector. Luckily, no one fell down the stairs, but kinda odd.Other than that, a terrific hotel!

    Beautiful boutique hotel on the waterfront

    This is a wonderful boutique hotel with a delightfully helpful and attentive staff and a wonderful restaurant (get reservations). The waterfront is beautiful, with convenient access to the CGN port for boat rides. It is a long walk from the train station (10 minutes), that is a steady and fairly steep downhill going to the hotel (obviously uphill getting back to the station). If you're a decent walker, I wouldn't consider this a show stopper if you've packed light, as the hotel is worth it. Otherwise, just plan ahead for a taxi or Uber. Breakfast was included and the rates are very attractive compared to other nearby cities (Geneva and Lausanne). Highly recommend. Great AC, great views with the sunrise, sunset, moon on the lake, great restaurant and overall service was top nothc.

    Absolutely wonderful hotel, lovely clean and comfortable with the most amazing staff.We happened to find this hotel last minute due to my husband booking a hotel on the French boarder on the wrong date. The hotel we booked was extremely unhelp and so I needed to locate somewhere to stay fast. We had travelled from UK leeds area and so it was late close to 9pm.We found hotel le Rive in Nyon and was lucky enough to get a roomCraig got our belongings up from car and we were so hungry Unfortunately by this time the kitchen was closing but the wonderful manager made us the most amazing burgers washed down with the best Rosè. Everything was perfect. We went off to bed had a comfortable sleep with stunning views across the lake. Waking up was bliss I could have stayed in that room and never left. Sat out on the balcony looking at the lake and mountains was the highlight of my holiday and it was all by chance.Breakfast was wondering we sat on the terrace looking across the lake watching the little birds sit at the tables hoping for crumbs.I also left a bag of medicines in my room which they posted to me just going above and beyond Will hopefully return one day soon so we can explore the area as we headed to Zermatt after Nyon and after discussing with the manager we found valuable information out which helped us on our travels.Thank you for a wonder stay Le Rive

    This hotel is absolutely perfect!The location is superb. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It’s located right across from Lake Geneva. It is within walking distance to the best bakeries, restaurants, and shopping.They have their own restaurant which is fantastic . They also offer a complimentary breakfast included in your stay.I highly recommend Le Rive hotel.
