    Convenient for Geneva Airport travel

    We stayed here one night as we had an early morning flight out of Geneva Airport. The lobby is bright and airy and the reception team was friendly and efficient. Our room was large and clean. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and then breakfast the next day before our flight. While expensive, it really was the only place to eat in the area. That said, the dinner was delicious and the breakfast varied. The hotel offers a reservation-only shuttle that takes about 10 minutes to reach the airport. Be sure to contact the hotel at mercure-geneva-airport@accor.com well before you need the shuttle as the van holds only about 7 or 8 people, plus luggage. Otherwise you can cab/Uber to the airport.

    Weekend break that can't be rated highly enough.Excellent location with free airport shuttle bus (thank you to the 2 very kind chauffeurs). 1 minute walk to the station for a 3-stop journey into the heart of Geneva.Fabulous accommodation: super clean, spacious, complimentary tea/coffee/water, safe, bathroom products, hairdryer, bathrobes/slippers .. and an amazingly comfortable bed! A big thanks to the Housekeeping team.Special mention & thanks to the following :Reception for looking after us so beautifully. Max, Dorianne, Rami, Ivan, you are a credit to your profession.Mumu at the bar, your smile & energy is incredible .. & your cocktail is the best EVER !JB in the restaurant, wonderful friendly service.Can't wait to come back !

    The check in staff not professional enough for a hotel that charges £350 for a room for one night Also the room card they gave me, his writing looked like room 619 so I went there and the card opened the door where a Semi naked couple was in. Then I looked at it again and looked like 614 which worked again and assume it is correct

    100%, a really perfect location !Great staff, very good service, modern rooms incl free water, breakfast with varities and the very best is a free shuttle to the city every half hour by train next door. Safe parking lot. Pricing much better than downtown !

    The reception staff were rude and unhelpful in hospitality, in addition to the fact that the air conditioning in the room was terrible and weak and most of the time it did not work. I asked them to fix it or bring a fan, which I saw in some rooms, and they did not respond or even change the room, which had no window and only overlooked the bus station. Despite the limited menu Thanks to the breakfast team . An experience that will not be repeated and I do not recommend and I won’t try it again.
