Ticks all the boxes and would stay there again

    rating09 Mar 2026

Ticks all the boxes for a solo traveller on a budget who wants own bathroom and doesn't mind a tight room. Was there 4 nights. Very clean, modern and there is daily housekeeping. Gentle multiuse soap product and large white towels This is the lowest priced of three different priced hotels of this chain on the same site. It is close to the bus network and the airport and has a small car park for guests though there are charges. The shuttle to and from airport is regular and reliable though there is a walkway from the hotel which could be quicker at times. You check in at Nash Airport Hotel which has a professional reception with helpful multilingual staff. Be sure to ask for your Geneva Traval Card which enables you to use public transport throughout Geneva for free. The hotel gives good information about checkin etc before you arrive. There is breakfast either in a box delivered to your door or in the restaurant but very expensive as all meals are in Geneva (£25-£39 for mains almost everywhere). There are 2 supermaket chains in Geneva; COOP and Mingro. Mingrolina is their petrol station grocery and is near to the hotel. A couple of stops away there is an ALDI in a large complex of flats (under the bridge, to the left and up the wooden stiars) and a few more stops on the bus is the largest indoor mall in Geneva. However as a vegetarian on a very tight budget I did end up living on pre-prepared cheese sandwiches, fruit and a bag of salad. The room has a small silent fridge and kettle but only 2 paper cups and skimpy on tea and coffee per day so bring your own if necessary. 1 bottle of water per day. Free New York Times and paper map of Geneva also from Reception.I can't really judge the noise bleed. I was at the far end of the corridor so only potential of one neighbour. The second night I was disturbed by hearing talking, coughing and banging doors and I thought it was the people next door. But the other 3 nights were fine so either the room was a one-nighter or it might have been people in the corridor. BTW the block is by the motorway but no sound with the window closed. Also the heating/cool fan can be adjusted and there is an external shutter if you wanted to have the window open overnight but then you get the noise and fumes. Only complaints were that the shower didn't have a grab rail meaning I had to hold onto the shower at times but it was firm but not the best idea to steady ones self, and the meanness of the tea and coffee. I would use again.

    Disappointed

    rating06 Jun 2024

They have 2 hotels in the same complex with different buildings but the check in is done only in one Hotel. When my Taxi dropped me on the main gate of my Hotel it was locked and no one to answer. After some try the main gate opened but again no one was there at the reception desk. After some time a lady appeared and informed me that i need to check in at another building and the main gate also opens with the room key. There was no sign board so how does one know where to check in. No explanation was provided during check in for the trouble I had.Rooms are very much small in size and not so comfortable. Airport shuttle service though is very much efficient.

    Perfect Airport Hotel

    rating18 Mar 2024

Superb location for the airport and shuttle is a bonus. Dropped the hire car off and it was a two minute easy walk to the hotel. Check in dead easy. Lovely modern room with a lush bed and really fresh crisp sheets. Top spot and great value for money. Very fresh and clean.

Bad management and don't stay in this hotel!

    rating08 Mar 2024

Booked this hotel for my son March Geneva trip but he tested Covid-19 positive and could not make the trip. Called and emailed to the hotel asking for cancellation refund. The hotel asked me to provide a proof of Covid-19 positive tests, which I did. A couple of days later, the hotel "Manager" or "Director" Alexis emailed me and stated "Covid is on longer a reason for a cancellation." Why did the hotel asking me for a proof in the first place? Clearly the hotel only cares about money and not wellbeing of their employees or guests. How the hotel provides a good service to guests when they only can money? I would not stay in these kinds of hotels.
