Location

This city hotel is to be found in the heart of Geneva, opposite the Cornavin train station. The main headquarters of world organisations such as the UNO, ILO, WTO and WIPO are only around 10 minutes away. The hotel is located in the middle of the shopping quarter, close to the well-known shopping area and only a few steps from Lake Geneva. With the train running every 15 minutes, guests will find direct access to Geneva International Airport, taking around 7 minutes (6 km).

Facility

2 junior suites, 2 suites, 26 single rooms and 137 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     upon check-in I was given a basic room and told to stay there until the following day because the room I had already paid for was unavailable. This is completely unacceptable. If the high tier room was not available, it should never have been sold in the first place???while still charging me the full price of the upgraded room I never received on the first night. Paying a premium rate and being placed in an unattractive standard room is not the level of service any guest should expect!!!!The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to deliver the accommodation that was paid for made this a very disappointing experience. I would not expect this level of service from a reputable hotel, and unfortunately, it left a very negative impression.     Misleading Room Category & Disappointing Guest Experience

    I specifically booked and paid for the Penthouse Terrace Executive Room based on the description and photos presented on Warwick Geneva’s official website. However, upon arrival, it became obvious that for the first part of my stay I was placed in a different and lower room category, while the reception staff repeatedly insisted that both categories were “exactly the same,” despite the clear differences shown online.As someone working in the travel industry, I find this extremely disappointing because transparency and trust are essential in hospitality. Guests choose and pay for specific room categories for a reason. Being told that two visibly different categories are identical made me feel misled rather than valued as a guest.What disappointed me most was not only the room discrepancy itself, but also the way the situation was handled. Instead of acknowledging the issue professionally, I was repeatedly given explanations that simply did not match the reality of the property or the information advertised online.Geneva and the hotel staff were otherwise pleasant, which is why I chose not to escalate the matter during my vacation. However, I believe future guests deserve honesty and consistency between what is marketed and what is actually provided.I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously, especially because situations like this create major issues not only for guests, but also for travel professionals responsible for their clients’ experiences.     Beautiful hotel in a convenient location in Geneva. Walkable to many sites and restaurants. Staff very polite and attentive. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Breakfast included many options.     The location was most suitable for me. The stay was pleasant.The breakfast was excellent.The room was a bit small, and a bit cold for me in the beginning. Then I adjusted the temperature, and the result was a comfortable warmth.
