Location

This welcoming hotel is located in the centre of Interlaken just a short distance from the Jungfrau. Links to the public transport network are a mere 300 m from the hotel.

Facility

50 rooms, including 4 single rooms and 40 double rooms, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by a lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with central heating and a fan. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub.     This hotel was booked as part of a guided tour and was chosen due to its proximity to the train station. It was very clean and tidy with comfy beds and a great shower/bath. The breakfast was good with a reasonable amount of choice and was buffet style. Coffee and tea facilities in the room. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It provided us with a great base and walking distance to restaurants and bars as well as the station. Very pleased.     Charming Hotel!

    I stayed here with my daughter, and we were welcomed from the moment we walked through the door. We were allowed to check in two hours early, which is never expected but always appreciated, especially when traveling by train. The hotel is well located, was quiet, and the breakfast was simple but good.
