Location

The hotel is beautifully located in a sunny and quiet setting on the banks of the River Aare, in the heart of Interlaken. It is only 5 minutes on foot from the centre and 200 m from the railway station.

Facility

The complex has a lift and features 192 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. Complimentary newspapers are available.     The rooms are clean, modern, and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is good, and the location makes it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and transport.

    Very bad experience. The staff attitude was not good at all, and they did not provide the things we asked for. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service and behavior were disappointing. There was no kettle/tefal in the room either. I do not recommend this hotel. In the end, we even moved to another hotel on the last day.

    I booked this hotel based on positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.From the moment we entered the check-in area, the atmosphere felt dark and unwelcoming—our first red flag. The second issue was that the rooms did not have phones to contact the front desk, which made communication inconvenient and concerning.The biggest problem, however, was the condition of the room. As soon as we entered, we noticed a damp, dusty environment that immediately triggered allergic reactions. We started wheezing and had difficulty breathing, which made it impossible to stay.We went back to the front desk right away and decided to leave. Thankfully, since we had booked through a U.S.-based travel company, we were able to get a refund.Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

    We stayed at the adjacent Guest House.It was quite utilitarian but very clean and roomy and had everything necessary. The water worked fine. It was not hot so we didn't need A/C. Expensive but just like every Swiss hotel.

    Great Location , staff are very kind and helpful , spacious room with comfortable bed ( booked standard double room ) , the luggage holding service was a great feature , breakfast buffet had plenty options. Overall lovely stay
