Practical although it lies outside of the city centre
05 Jul 2025
I knew the location: far from the city centre, albeit well connected thanks to the adjacent metro station. So the only reason I stayed at the Aquatis hotel was the price, on an evening when all hotels were expensive in Lausanne.I arrived late. Welcome was professional. I was given a not so nice room, with a view on a highway and some sort of depot. But the bed was good, so it did the job. Breakfast was all right.Pleasant service. Manon Le Cann, Service clients/Réception at Aquatis Hotel, responded to this review Dear Swissdiver,Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found our hotel practical, well connected thanks to the nearby metro station, and that the reception and service met your expectations. We understand your comments regarding the location and the view from the room, and we are sorry if this affected your comfort. However, we are glad to know that the quality of the bed and the breakfast helped make your stay pleasant. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future. Kind regards,Aquatis Hotel

bad

The worst snootiest Personnel I have ever encountered. Just simply for that reason I would not book this Hotel. They obviously don't welcome having guests. Also if you need to work, there isn't a place to sit and drink something and work and no possibility to plug in your Computer or tab. You happily can book a room for 4 hours for a full days rate between 12 and 16.00. A Bro tho hel? No admission prior to 15:00 for your overnights stay even while rooms are availableIn my opinion a sole money makeing venture without charm nor Swiss hospitality. Manon Le Cann, Service clients/Réception at Aquatis Hotel, responded to this review Dear Mobile40591910028,Thank you for sharing your opinion. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. To clarify a few points: our rooms can be booked for a few hours between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. at a rate of CHF 125 during the week and CHF 105 at the weekend. This is not the full rate. We also offer check-in before 3 p.m. for an additional charge of CHF 50.Kind regards,Aquatis Hotel

Bad experience..
10 May 2024
Place is clean but I have never been treated so badly in a hotel. Personnel was rude and when I asked for a way to put a complain or a phone number of a supervisor, they rejected to give it to us. They started arguing with an elevated tone of voice in the middle of the lobby. Unreal. Avoid this hotel. Manon Le Cann, Service clients/Réception at Aquatis Hotel, responded to this review Dear Antonio, We are sorry to hear that your experience at the Aquatis Hotel did not live up to your expectations. The behavior you describe does not reflect our service standards. We will investigate this incident and take appropriate action. Your feedback is important to us and we sincerely apologize for this situation.Yours sincerely The Aquatis Hotel team

Very average experience. Rooms okay size, bed not very comfortable. Only provided with two pillows for double room. Didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment. Bar rarely open (not open all day on Saturday), no hot drink facility in room or down in bar included in price. Well located. Room cleaning hit and miss. Manon Le Cann, Service clients/Réception at Aquatis Hotel, responded to this review Dear bobmH6562CL,Thank you for your feedback following your stay in our hotel. We have well taking note of your comments. Our mattress are from Elite, mattress used in 5 stars hotel, we are sorry to read it did not suit you.Our XL and SkyXL rooms are equipped with coffee machines.Best regards,Manon

miserabel - stay healthy and avoid restaurant food
15 Feb 2023
vermeiden Sie das Restaurant - stay away from the hotel restaurant!Food quality, food presentation is a desaster, sorry to say. No matter if the price is cheap, reasonable or expensive (I leave this up to you) but you definitely risk your health!
