  Practical although it lies outside of the city centre

  I knew the location: far from the city centre, albeit well connected thanks to the adjacent metro station. So the only reason I stayed at the Aquatis hotel was the price, on an evening when all hotels were expensive in Lausanne.I arrived late. Welcome was professional. I was given a not so nice room, with a view on a highway and some sort of depot. But the bed was good, so it did the job. Breakfast was all right.Pleasant service.   The worst snootiest Personnel I have ever encountered. Just simply for that reason I would not book this Hotel. They obviously don't welcome having guests. Also if you need to work, there isn't a place to sit and drink something and work and no possibility to plug in your Computer or tab. You happily can book a room for 4 hours for a full days rate between 12 and 16.00. A Bro tho hel? No admission prior to 15:00 for your overnights stay even while rooms are availableIn my opinion a sole money makeing venture without charm nor Swiss hospitality.   Place is clean but I have never been treated so badly in a hotel. Personnel was rude and when I asked for a way to put a complain or a phone number of a supervisor, they rejected to give it to us. They started arguing with an elevated tone of voice in the middle of the lobby. Unreal. Avoid this hotel.   Very average experience. Rooms okay size, bed not very comfortable. Only provided with two pillows for double room. Didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment. Bar rarely open (not open all day on Saturday), no hot drink facility in room or down in bar included in price. Well located. Room cleaning hit and miss.   miserabel - stay healthy and avoid restaurant food

No matter if the price is cheap, reasonable or expensive (I leave this up to you) but you definitely risk your health!
