The location was wonderful and the rooms were excellent and comfortable. I am writing to ask what brand of pillows are utilized in the rooms? Not once did I wake up with my neck hurting. Please let me know if you can.

Outstanding Stay at Royal Savoy Lausanne

    rating06 Jun 2026

I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Savoy Lausanne. I would like to sincerely thank all departments for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail throughout my visit.A special mention goes to the Spa team, which provided a truly relaxing and high-quality experience — the perfect place to unwind. Most of all, I would like to thank Youssef from the Concierge team. His recommendations for the city, restaurants, and activities were outstanding and made my stay even more memorable. His knowledge, helpfulness, and warm attitude truly made a difference.I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Awful service! Poor food! White Asparagus was served cold!Filet de Bœuf served cut in half!!!!! Then after 10 minutes came the second half! Cold!!! Placed in the middle of the table! What a horror show!!!!I feel robbed!!! Hôtel Royal Savoy Lausanne, Service clients/Réception at Hotel Royal Savoy Lausanne, responded to this review Dear ulrichh210,We are sincerely sorry for this experience. As already conveyed in our personal response, this situation is entirely unrepresentative of the standards of service and cuisine we are committed to providing. It was an isolated incident, which makes us all the more regretful that it affected your visit. We fully understand your disappointment, particularly regarding the sequence of service and the condition in which the dishes were presented. This is not the level of care, attention to detail or consistency that our guests rightfully expect from us.Although this cannot undo your experience, we would like to reiterate our heartfelt apologies. The circumstances you describe were highly unusual and we deeply regret that your visit did not reflect the quality and hospitality that define our establishment.Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback has been taken seriously and shared with the relevant teams. Please accept our sincere apologies once again for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.Kind regards,Paolo CastelliniRestaurant Manager – Brasserie du Royal
