Clean and met basic needs, but overpriced — charged like a 5-star when it’s really just a 3-star. Self check-in was confusing as staff from another hotel misdirected us. Overall fair, but not worth the price.

The hotel is clean but no AC in the rooms which was quite inconvenient and it was hard to work on the computer during my stay. Location is super convenient close to the stores and restaurants. From main train station is 10 minutes away on foot.

Absolutely disgusted wiith this place. We checked in and were allocated a room 504. As we arrived at the hotel and somebody was asleep in our room (Not her fault)- she was distressed. Rang the company and were told to wait 20 minutes for it to be sorted. We had been travelling all day!

The hotel is old. the bathroom is terrible, the water came out from the shower and there is no way to avoid this situation, the towels are old, rust and short, and there are only soap and shampoo. The room is very simple and the pillows are terrible. Actually there is the bathtub curtain which keeps the water inside. Really great hotel, shame about the room temperature.

Great central hotel. Asked for a quiet room when booking and got 306 which was great. Breakfast at De La Paix hotel next door was great and the food at De La Paix hotel restaurant (Restaurant Lapin) was excellent! Best ravioli I've ever tasted! The only problem and reason for 4 stars not 5 was the room temperature. I was in Luzern in April when it was 5-8 degrees outside yet the room was more like 25 degrees! Thankfully I had a large fan in the room which helped but I had to open the window during the night which isn't ideal. I would not stay here in the warm summer months due to this.
