The comfort hotel is in the city centre of Lucerne on a quiet side street next to the Vögeligärtli city park. The hotel is not far from the Lucerne Culture and Conference Centre and Lake Lucerne. Access to the public transport network is available from Lucerne railway station directly opposite. Zürich Airport is approx. 60 minutes away.

The hotel has 94 rooms, including 22 single rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     The location is excellent - convenient to trains, easy to walk to the main sights of Lucerne. The room (away from the street) was quiet and you could open the windows for fresh air. The girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average and there were large tour groups so the space felt cramped. Overall a good place to stay in Lucerne.

    The location was ideal, right across the street from a clean and safe train station. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a nice staff. We didn’t eat on property, but it did have a restaurant. It was within walking distance of the pier, Chapel bridge, and other points of interest. We’ve been traveling through Europe for a couple of weeks and this property was by far the nicest.

    The location of the hotel was perfect. Extremely close proximity to the train station and city centre. Very walkable to parks, shopping and local attractions. Atmosphere is modern but comfortably, very clean. Our room was spacious. The hotel provided a pack & play for our infant, very family friendly. Our room was high enough up to where we didnt hear any noise but even so, it did not seem noisy even downstairs in the lobby. The staff was great, provided us with all the necessary information for local attractions.

    We made a great choice with this hotel given its very convenient location and beautiful Park room with a view (of Mt. Pilatus). The hotel is very close to the train station, Migros, various fastfood chains and restaurants, and about a 10-15min walk to a laundromat. The 5th floor triple room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the balcony has a view of the park and Mt. Pilatus. Breakfast was good and satisfying, even if they serve the same dishes every day. Staff were generally helpful.The only issue we encountered is the housekeeping. On our 1st day, despite putting up the Eco sign on the door (throw trash but not change towels), they failed to do this and I even had to call the front desk (around 5pm), who asked if I put up the sign which I did. Meanwhile, on our 2nd day, I put up the Make Up room sign but they failed to do so by the time we arrived back in the hotel by 2-3pm. They did however make up the room with us inside.Nonetheless, this hotel is still a great choice for us.

    We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was close to train, boat and the bridges and old town. The junior suite was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We celebrated our anniversary and had a pleasant surprise when we walked into our room. Elisa at the front desk was extremely helpful. The buffet was delicious and Alvin was very friendly. I especially liked the water refill station in the lobby.
