    Disappointing stay in Brunnen.

    Just an average hotel in Brunnen. Was a bit disappointed at our stay here. The request was for a junior suite with balcony. You should know the balconies are actually on the back side of the hotel so you are looking at the parking lot, a vacant piece of land and another building. Not a pretty view at all. Although we could stand on the deck and look to the right over the side and see a sliver of the lake. The bed was very low to the floor and was hard. The bathroom was the tiniest we have been had in years. The sink was in the corner and the shower you was like a small standing coffin with glass. There were missing pieces of tiles on the floor. The breakfast was just average. Some bread, cheese and meats, cereal, fruit, etc but not much of a selection. Really disappointing for the cost of this hotel. Next time we will stay elsewhere.

    My husband and I recently stayed in this hotel on our holiday in Switzerland. It is in a great location, close to the wharf, in Brunnen, a short ferry ride from Lucerne. The ferry ride on the lake is spectacular, and staying the night is worth it, just to wake up in this beautiful location. The hotel is located directly across the street from the 'Victorinox" Swiss Army shop (where my husband was like a kid in a candy store), and we assembled our own Swiss Army Knives and had them engraved. The hotel staff were so helpful and gave us a huge room, which had all of the facilities I needed as a disabled person in a wheelchair. The staff also helped us confirm my Swiss Rail train boarding assistance by phoning SSB to speak with them in Swiss. Thank you for a great stay at your hotel.

    This hotel is just great,the staff is so friendly and happy.The room we got was great with nice beds and good shower.Do not miss a dinner over looking the bay with amazing sunset.The breakfast was nice ,and the coffee machine and the fruits in the hall outside the rooms is so nice to have. Just loved it

    Super food quality. Had already several times, my favorite plate here: "Liver with rösti". Just fantastic, how soft the liver is cooked and how tasty the Rösti is. Absolute friendly service! Unique is the observation written on the cashiers recipe:"Friendly service = gratis!""Smile = gratis!"

    Room was very clean, smaller than most USA hotels. Hotel staff friendly. The breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is located about a half a block from Lake Luzern, about three blocks to the train station and there is bus stop in front of the hotel. A great location. Swiss public transportation runs on time; by the minute.
