    Roadtrip Stopover

    We were passing through Switzerland on a roadtrip for our honeymoon. This hotel was conveniently located not far from a major road & in a great spot.It was easy to access, however could be confusing for some arriving by car as it is among ofher nearby buildings and a bus station. There is parking onsite, free of use, however the signage isnt clear, but some spaces showing Hotel on the tarmac, but reserved signs above for a nearby car garage. The room was very large, with lots of cuboards and drawers, and a separate bathroom. We had advised beforehand that we were on our honeymoon, and the Hotel made extra effort to make the evening special for us. Despite being close to a main road the hotel was very quiet and you couldnt hear the noise outside, with large thick windows.The hotel was busy so there was some noise of other guests with cases in the hall back and forward, but that couldnt be helped. We slept well. We arrived after hours, the hotel had provided us with a code to access the lobby, here we found a self checkout machine, and after popping our details in recieved a key. Very easy to use, and we checked out via the same for ease.I would definately stay here again if passing through

    We stayed for a Saturday night in July. Whilst the breakfast was good vale for 10CHF each, nothing else was. For 167CHF just for the room we had a very uncomfortable night. There appeared to be no option to change temperature in the room which was very warm. Reception shuts at 9pm. Windows could not be left open as road noise too loud. The pillow was lumpy and the bathroom seemed rather dark and damp feeling. All in all not great. The following night we paid 200CHF for a delightful room in a nearby popular village.

    Even though the place is above bus parking lot(!), Everytihg is superb! In all levels. We took a room for us and 2 children and enjoyed our stay very much. parking is free right bellow the door. we recommand.

    We stayed already several times in the hotel . Perfect because on the exit of the highway and with their own parking . Closeby is already a nice swiss restaurant with local foodthe hotels breakfast is perfect ,rooms are clean and very friendly staff,good price depnding on season .

    Second time in this hotel with the three of us.We booked a family room which was very big, a double bed and bunk beds and a reasonable sized bathroom with a very nice shower.The only disappointment again is that this hotel still hasnt got air conditioning which is desperately needed as the rooms get very hot indeed and to open the windows is not an option as it is a busy location ( lots of car noise) and for a price of nearly €200 per night this is not acceptable in this price range.Apart from these things the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was ok.I cant completely recommend to all due to the airco and the price.
