Great location and beautiful decor. Reasonably priced. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Even though it’s next to the train tracks, we thought the room was quiet. Very close to public transportation. I Would definitely stay again. Sarah was the best receptionist in our 16 day trip and 6 hotels. She help with all aspects to make our stay smooth. This hotel gives you a transportation pass for free and being next to St.Fiden Station and a bus stop 50 meters from hotel made it easy to travel around. The breakfast and fresh coffee was very good. We loved St Gallen and strongly recommend it. Our last day we traveled, with the pass, to the lake and small village, very nice. Thanks again Sarah, we miss you. Near the Olma Messe

The hotel is relatively near the Olma Messe (about 10 minutes on foot). This also means it is not near the centre of St Gallen.When I arrived, the staff was pretty unfriendly, telling me they were waiting on me to close, even though I arrived more then 1 hour before closing time of the reception...Nevertheless, the room was comfortable and clean. There is a train line juste next to the hotel. With a room on the 4th floor and a closed window, I was not bothered by it during my sleep. The breakfast in the morning was good.All in all, this is a nice place to stay if you want to access the Messe easily.

A pretty nice hotel to stay.

The hotel is really nice, modern the room ia clean and comfortable. Location... Well, it´s next to the railway, could be better but if you don´t mind hearing the trains coming and going shouldn´t be a problem. Make sure that you are travelling light as there´s only a really small storage space in the room. The staff is friendly.
