  Very nice hotel in Zermatt!

  We. stayed here 1 night after taking the Glacier Express from Zermatt to St Moritz. The hotel is in a pedestrian area so it is very quiet-our room was very lovely and there is a hot tub in the hotel. Breakfast was very good. There is a car to pick you up and take you to the train station so let the hotel know your arrival/departure times. We would stay here again!

  Most hotel staff are friendly. Here they are extra friendly and helpful. Arriving after the shops closed I didn’t have the right travel adapter. Reception staff quickly found me one I could use with my Euro adapter and let me borrow it for the night for which I was extremely grateful. After a long day travelling from Budapest a complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival was very welcome. The room was lovely and bed very comfortable. Plenty of amenities in the room. Good breakfast options nThe hotel has a supermarket nearby and offers a shuttle service to the train station. I’d be very happy to stay here again

  A centrally located gem of a hotel in St. Moritz. Well-appointed, scrupulously clean rooms with all the amenities - even a "turn-down" service which I was not expecting. Very nice! Great views of the mountains to be enjoyed and excellent dining - be it in the Sky bar for cocktails or dinner in the restaurant. The staff excelled and were 5 star quality.   Wonderful hotel in St. Moritz

  This hotel was recommended to us by our travel agent, and I am happy to say she was spot on. Wonderfully located and extra clean, we had a suite and had a great stay. Also, there is a spa, which my wife took advantage of while I was out skiing and doing other activities. Would highly recommend this hotel when in St. Moritz.   Hugely disappointed. “Junior suite” is a small room with budget IKEA interior decor. Soviet style balconies with extremely low railings. Kids should be nowhere near. Breakfast was a struggle with rude and inattentive staff. We had to argue with them to get a boiled egg 🥚.Adding to that there is no AC in the rooms, no heating control in the rooms and the hot water runs out quickly. They lower the central heating at nights so the room is freezing 🥶 cold. 🥶 We were first promised a reimbursement but the manager hid from us, so the receptionist of 2 weeks employment was left alone to handle our complaints. No reimbursement was made.
