  My favorite hotel in Wengen!

  I love this hotel! We've been here twice for skiing and both times everything from the beautiful room with mountain views to the delicious breakfasts to the gourmet dinners...all was perfect. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming at all times. I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again. I recommend this hotel for any stay with family or couples. Perfection!

  A Truly Special Stay in the Heart of Wengen

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Beausite Park Hotel & Spa exceeded every expectation and delivered the kind of warm, thoughtful hospitality that’s increasingly rare. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt effortless — a complimentary transfer from Wengen station, bags whisked straight to our room, and a welcoming drink waiting for us. That tone of genuine care never wavered throughout our four-night stay.A special mention must go to Irini on reception, whose friendliness and helpfulness made us feel like valued guests from start to finish. The entire team carried that same warmth throughout.Our room was generously sized — comfortably accommodating three adults — with beautiful forest views, a well-stocked complimentary bar fridge, quality coffee pods, a full selection of teas, plush dressing gowns and slippers, and even fresh spring water straight from the tap. Housekeeping was impeccable: rooms refreshed daily with a lovely evening turndown service, always finished with a small chocolate treat.The spa and pool facilities were a highlight we returned to every day. The indoor heated pool and large jacuzzi were perfect for a morning soak, while the steam room, sauna, and relaxation areas made for a blissful wind-down each evening.Breakfast was a real treat — a generous buffet complemented by barista-made coffees and freshly cooked eggs made to order (omelette, scrambled or boiled). The hotel restaurant, Altitude, was outstanding, particularly for vegetarians. The dishes were beautifully presented, full of flavour — and the soup deserves a mention of its own. Truly exceptional.Wengen itself is magical, and Beausite Park frames it perfectly. We’ll absolutely be back.   Quiet luxury in a spectacular setting

  This hotel is located in the car free resort of Wengen, with spectacular mountain views. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing and the rooms were generous in size. The food was consistently excellent and varied : we had half board but there are plenty of people who came from outside to dine a la carte in the evenings . The swimming pool and spa were well kept, and the ski room was recently upgraded. The staff were friendly and helpful.   Wonderful experience

  We loved every moment of our stay at the hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We used the pool and spa every day after skiing. Our rooms were very nice and we so liked the buffet breakfasts. We could access the ski gifts and village easily and the hotel car picked us up and took us to the train station. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone.   Guests are irrelevant after check-in

  The hotel is located quite a distance from the village and uphill on the slopes.The hotel picked us up on arrival and check-in was smooth. The bookings for the rooms could only be done for 5 days or more, not fewer. So we did a 5-day stay as the write-ups we read were quite positive - recently renovated; etc. But soon we found out that our feet were the only carriage to and from the village. The hotel does not provide any daily shuttle service for its guests. The housekeeping service was weird to say the least. We used to leave our rooms at about 10, latest, in the mornings and when we came back at 2 or 3 pm the rooms were not done yet. It was the same excuse each time. We have new guests coming today and hence we have to get the rooms ready for them. Once after check-in you are forgotten! The breakfast at the restaurant looked appetizing but the spread was exactly the same each day. On the 4th day both my wife and I had upset tummies shortly after our breakfast. We had eaten some muesli and were pretty upset by this episode. We wondered if the muesli was prepared newly each day or re-cycled from the previous day. We skipped breakfast after that.On the day before departure we spoke to the staff regarding transport to the station to secure our train schedule. We were told that all guests needed to come and wait for the transport as it was on a first-come-first-served basis... they had only one vehicle!Quite indifferent to guests who may have purchased tickets for a specific time! We sincerely apologize that your experience did not live up to your expectations and that you felt a lack of attention after your check-in. This is certainly not the level of hospitality we aim to provide.Regarding the shuttle service, as Wengen is a car-free village, we primarily provide transport for arrivals and departures to assist with luggage. Most of the village is designed to be accessible on foot or by ski, which is why we do not offer a continuous daily shuttle. Otherwise, the village would lose its peace and quiet.We are very sorry for the frustration caused by the housekeeping timing and the coordination of your departure transport. We completely understand that a "first-come, first-served" approach is stressful when you have a specific train to catch. We will review our internal scheduling to ensure a more reliable and organized process for our departing guests.Most importantly, we are concerned to hear about your experience with the breakfast. Please be assured that our muesli and all other dishes are prepared fresh every day. We take your comment very seriously and will immediately strengthen our quality controls in the kitchen to ensure such an incident does not happen again.We hope that despite these inconveniences, you were able to enjoy some of your time in the mountains.
