    Hotel correct and clean. Very soft mattress, way too soft for me! Friendly staff but the man at reception is unprofessional, no courtesy, no good manners, no sense of service, very rustic. In tourism and hotel industry, basically we except a better service and manners especially for front desk worker.

    We stayed one night here out of a planned two then left early as this place is bloody awful. The room itself was not nice (old, small), they put us on the ground floor because we had a dog and the advertised “balcony” was a door onto a public terrace where a drunk bloke decided to have a smoke at 3am while taking a phone call. Staff weren’t notably friendly or helpful, they didn’t really speak English. Even worse, at midnight they started clattering pans around and cleaning up, apparently having a whale of a time as they were also in fits of laughter. It was completely unlike what was pictured online & we weren’t willing to leave our dog there while skiing so we left the next morning. A waste of money but we were glad to be out of there. Don’t book, especially not with a dog.

    We had booked a 17 m2 double bedroom but were given a room that was 15.40 m2 (bedroom: 12.87 m2, bathroom: 2.53 m2). I measured the room with a measuring tape. When I pointed out the size difference to the owner, he became furious, almost threatening.The owner was willing to give us a 17 m2 room if we paid an additional CHF 20 per night. We did not accept this proposal.I asked him to at least correct the room size on Booking.com and their website, which he did at the time.We had to pay a CHF 10 per day pet fee, however no bed, bowl or anything else (e.g. snacks) were offered as they do in other hotels.I want to point out that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

    Owner is very rude. No respect for guest. Only Showmanship during welcome but so many instructions as if visitors don't know how to use hotel property and how to be in hotels. No sense or no respect for women. This hotel has a suit at 3rd floor having 03 rooms ( Room No 32 ABC) with only 02 common bathrooms outside at 3rd floor they are allocating to 03 families. Out of 03 rooms 02 rooms have beds arranged below slope portion ( not actually stair case but like stair case. Actually its area below chalet design. ( Like laundry owner's room below stair case in high rise buildings). Very limited items if breakfast. Not suitable for famiy.

    Great experience, beautiful hotel, excellent service, wonderful location. Spent few day for sking. This place is perfect with all you need to enjoy your ski vacation. Quiet, placed very near the lifts, restaurants and city center. Breakfast is wonderful.
