This charming hotel lies on a south-facing hillside above the Engelberg and enjoys fabulous views out over the village. Majestic mountains and a ski jump are to be found in the area surrounding the hotel and the nearest bus stop is approximately 500 m away. The centre of Engelberg may be reached in just 2 minutes by making use of the hotel’s nostalgic funicular.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1904. The hotel has 170 rooms, including 1 single room, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available.
