The town of Leuk is 20 km away. The property is a 2-hour drive from Zermatt.

Guests have a choice of 135 non-smoking rooms located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was good, and we especially enjoyed the open-air thermal pool with its naturally warm water. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.The breakfast was okay, although we felt it could have offered a bit more variety and quality. Overall, however, we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was delightful and welcoming. The sheets were clean and crisp, and the coffee was excellent. But the highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the thermal baths — absolutely mind-blowing!

We could enjoy the best of our stay Leukerbad chilling in the therms, with the direct underground access. The staff were very friendly, and the location also great

Bit of a shame....

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. There were only fifteen people staying and so was rather ghost like. We were given rooms on the top floor which were small, with tiny windows looking out on the roof with no view which was a shame as other floors were obviously available. The bathroom has chipped tiles and cracked basin. The breakfast is a good spread but everything has been sitting for ages so cooked things are dried out. The bar is permanently closed and there is no sitting area, and the pools although hot, the jets are no longer working. It is a shame as it has so much potential.
