    We loved this hotel! The staff were very accommodating and extremely kind. The breakfast and dinners were delicious, and we felt very welcome. We especially appreciated the wine and cheese night that made the experience feel more personal.

    The staff at this hotel is so friendly and welcoming, and they really made an effort to get to know their guests, to understanding their individual needs and making them feel comfortable. They were very accommodating, giving a lot of information about the local hiking trails to explore, and they provided a fabulous breakfast!

    Everything about this place is excellent! We stayed there 3 nights - 6 of us - my husband and I with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandchildren (ages 3 and 5). The staff is so friendly - they make you feel right at home. It is very family friendly with a common living room type area and playroom for the children. The owner, Daniel, greeted us each evening and even helped with our taxi and loading our bags when it was time to leave. One evening there was a wine and cheese tasting event during which Daniel talked about the different cheeses as well as local traditions. The rooms are nice and clean. Noise level is low. Wengen is a really cute village. I do not typically write reviews unless something is really good and this was one of those experiences. We highly recommend staying here!

    I am late in writing this review. We were there in March. There is no better feeling than walking into a hotel, that has been a few years since our last visit, and to be greeted like family! We were immediately greeted with warm handshakes and conversation. The lobby was spotless as was the rest of the main area. Our room was very comfortable and well decorated, as usual. That evening in the dining room we were introduced to the new chef and we immediately found a new friend. The food and service was excellent. These words come from my heart.

    I want to thank our hosts for a fantastic stay at the Edelweiss. The Rooms were excellent.The Food was excellent, Breakfast and EveningThe Hotel was very clean and well organisedOur Hosts were attentive, very knowledgeable and engaging. They were keen to make sure we got the most out of our stay.I stayed as part of a group of 10 people and nothing was too much for them.Highly recommended in the beautiful Swiss countryside. Hopefully I will return one day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
