    Stayed here last week during our 1st visit to Switzerland. Was so impressed with our room…we reserved the Fletschhorn South Bay Window room. Just WOW!!! Our 4th floor room was HUGE, with a large bay window and large balcony. The Matterhorn view was AMAZING! Comfortable bed, great closet and shelf space. Large bathroom with 2 sinks and 2 towel warmers. Such a great design, and everything was classy and clean! Comfy bathrobes and slippers, and even a bag to carry our pool towels! The front desk staff was terrific and extremely helpful. We stopped there multiple times to get advice and recommendations. Marilou, Chiara, and Sophia - thank you so much for all of your help!!! ( Marilou was also helpful last summer when I was trying to decide which room to book.)I can’t forget our included breakfasts, which I miss already! The chef cooked me a delicious omelet each morning, and the buffet had breakfast meats (yes, even crispy bacon!), fruits, yogurts, pastries, a juice room where you could make fresh fruit juices, and a delightful staff! We were able to speak with the Owner and we shared our compliments directly! The pool area was the perfect place to relax every afternoon after our hikes. The spa is enormous. Well maintained. Just lovely.We would highly recommend staying here. The location was also perfect, and it was a short walk to just about everything we needed! We would HIGHLY recommend Resort La Ginabelle!     Perfect for Families with Small Children, and more

    We spent a week at the Hotel Ginabelle in Zermatt together with our daughter and her family. We had a double room, a single room, and two interconnected double rooms for the children, which was very convenient for our family.The staff at the reception as well as the room service were very courteous, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire stay.We were also very pleased with the food at the hotel. We dined once in the restaurant and once at Melted – both were excellent. The dishes were beautifully presented and the waiters were very friendly.We would especially like to highlight the hotel’s kindergarten. It is a wonderful facility for families. The kindergarten teachers took very loving care of the small children.Overall, we had a very lovely week and warmly congratulate and thank the whole team. We can highly recommend the hotel.     Very clean and well- maintained, helpful staff who went above and beyond, morning breakfast had so much food. Two cons - not a lot of storage for your clothing - Particularly for 4 people staying for a week, hours for sauna area were afternoon only.     Ideal location, high-quality, practical and functional facilities, exquisite cuisine, and a warm, flexible, family-style approach. The best part? The staff. From the manager to the cleaning team, including reception, bartenders, waiters, and taxi drivers, everyone showed nothing but friendly smiles and a willingness to help with everything. We were not travelling with children, only with a teenager, but it gave us the impression that everything is also very well geared towards families, making it a great place to enjoy with kids.
